Our Romanian employee Paul initiated the tutoring project for disadvantaged children.
Together with his wife, every year he helps many students who are intellectually gifted, but come from homes that makes it – for various reasons – almost impossible for them to qualify for higher education; to pass the exam at the end of high school.
As a boy, Paul was able to experience for himself what it means to have a sponsor, someone who believes in you. Therefore, he decided to give other children the same encouragement.
Incidentally, Paul and his wife are extremely successful in their work and therefore usually all students who get tutoring from them passed the exam - with good to very good grades! Even during the time of the Corona Pandemic by the way, when they had to improvise a great deal.
