Winter is a big challenge for poor families in Eastern European countries: heating is expensive and therefore their houses remain often could in winter. With our winter relief we support these families with firewood or if necessary, a well-preserved second-hand stove. A load of wood costs the equivalent of CHF 100.- and is enough for approx. 1 – 2 months.
